House Rules & Important Info – Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 9:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be considered based on availability. – A starter set of supplies is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. – No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. – Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. – Primary renters must be 25 or older. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Golf Cart Use: – The golf cart is not permitted beyond Rosemary Beach to the east or WaterColor to the west. – Renters are responsible for keeping the cart charged. Any service required due to a dead battery will be billed to the guest.
