The house was great, exactly as described. Host was amazing. He helped arrange for bikes and when we mentioned we forgot our kids helmets, a walmart delivery with helmets showed up a few hours later. Location is perfect right between Alys and Rosemary. Great value for the price too.

Blue Haven on 30A was the perfect place for privacy, relaxation, and pure serenity. The beach access was wonderful—quiet, peaceful, and never crowded, which made it easy to truly unwind. It’s also conveniently located near so many great restaurants and local favorites, so everything you need is just a short drive away. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It was such a beautiful and relaxing getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the beautiful beach just a few minutes away from the beach! We had everything we needed for our weekend get away including a clean place, beach chairs, towels, and board games! The host was very responsible and accommodating! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be staying here when I return for another weekend get away! 5/5 experience all around! ☀️

What a wonderful stay. Peace and quiet. Grateful for the host, the awesome condo and access to everything (walk to beach, fabulous food, & shops). Rented bikes for the entire stay. We will be back. Thank you!

The cabin was exactly as described. We had a great vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful views from the decks. We would definitely stay here again or try out Suzanne’s other properties.

We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect—just a short walk, or bike ride to the beach with its beautiful white sand and clear turquoise water. The area felt peaceful and less crowded than some of the neighboring 30A towns, which made it easy to truly relax. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home.

Beautiful, super clean condo, perfect for the four of us. The super close location to walk to the beach made taking the kids to run around super easy. There are a few places you can walk to to get a drink or food and tons of places within a few miles drive or bike ride. Perfect location.

85 Flounder was a beautiful home. Very bright and cheerful. The bedrooms were cozy and the beds were super comfy with snuggly blankets and linens. Master bath was spectacular with a large walk in shower. Tile work was gorgeous. Living room provided lots of seating for large groups. Kitchen was well stocked and had a keurig coffeemaker with a supply of pods. Laundry provided pods for convenience. So thoughtful. Exterior was adorable. There is a hot tub, however we didn’t use it. ( chilly outside) the 6 person golf cart is a blast. This home is the perfect location for walkers, runners, bikers. The 30A walking/biking path is right across the street. Great food options nice and close. Check out the bakery for sure. AJ’s in Grayton, goatfeathers, local catch, red fish all were super yummy. Beaches and state parks are very close and easily accessible Owner was responsive and very accommodating. Wonderful host. Would stay again at this location.

Lovely house. Perfect for our family or 4. We had EVERYTHING we needed it. You can tell the owners wants to make your life easier. Loved that the property is steps from the beach that’s a big win for us. Seafood market, coffee shops and restaurants at the exit of the neighborhood. We enjoyed so many sunrises and sunsets:) be back soon
