What a great place to stay in 30A! we loved our trip and everything about the house was wonderful and as described. Being in the back of the neighborhood was great as all our views were nature! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the great communication!

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect close to both seaside and Rosemary beach areas. We rode our bikes to both areas. Conveniently located with walkable distance to private sugar dune beach where we watched the most beautiful sunset. The place was very clean and contained all the amenities we were looking for. I recommend this place.

Jeff was super responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay! Great host overall! The house was in a great location, super peaceful, and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! I enjoyed everything about this house, nothing but great things to say!!

This is our second time we stayed here and always great to come back to the amazing view and sounds of the ocean . Great location and responsive host . So relaxing and very convenient to restaurants and groceries .

This place was amazing. Phenomenal location and the host was by far the best host that any of us have had. He was super responsive and really friendly. We felt right at home and the location is beautiful. Highly recommend!!

The hosts were very responsive and took care of any questions or concerns right away. the location is perfect. parked the car in the garage and didnt move it until we checked out. walked everywhere we needed to go. clean linens. fully stocked kitchen. Great views. The staff at Origin was also very nice.

We had an AMAZING stay! The condo is so thoughtfully decorated and stunning in person. The linens - towels, bedding, etc. felt five star resort level. The kitchen has everything you need, with extras of all supplies. The beach access is so preferable to walking. We rode the beach shuttle provided by the HOA of the complex to and from the beach everyday. Ms. Charlotte and Mr. Mark loaded all of our bags and chairs on the back of the cart and drove us right to the beach. There’s also a lake one dune over from the beach which is PERFECT for children not yet of swimming age. It’s like a large splash pad on an entire side. We will absolutely be booking again soon!

The house was great, exactly as described. Host was amazing. He helped arrange for bikes and when we mentioned we forgot our kids helmets, a walmart delivery with helmets showed up a few hours later. Location is perfect right between Alys and Rosemary. Great value for the price too.
