GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: Please be sure to observe all rules and regulations, which are provided for each unit. Rules and regulations are also posted at each elevator, near the pool and other areas on the property. All guests and tenants, as well as owners, are required to conform to all rules and regulations of the property. Violators are subject to eviction or fines. a) Please abide by all noise, traffic and refuse rules. b) Parking passes must be displayed prominently in vehicle c) RV’s, trailers, boats or jet skis must be parked at side lot immediately to the left of the gate - 2 week parking maximum d) Golf carts may be charged at the charging station only. Plugging into the building outlet strictly forbidden.

Golf Cart Use & Guest Policies – The golf cart is street legal only (no driving on sidewalks) and a fun, convenient way to explore the area! – The cart may not be driven past Rosemary Beach to the east or WaterColor to the west. – Guests are responsible for keeping the cart charged; any issues due to a dead battery from failure to charge will be billed to the renter. – All renters must be 25 or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under 25. – The owner and/or host are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from use of the golf cart or other amenities provided.
