Primary renter MUST be 18 or older! Origin has a strict age limit. Origin resort has the following: 1) On site arcade 2) On-site Coffee and Ice at the Saltwater Marketplace 3) Pool and hot tub on the 4th floor, Pool and hot tub are both heated in the winter months 4) Fitness center on the 4th floor 5) Laundry facility on the first floor that takes bills and cards. Laundry detergent is not provided at the Laundry facility. Your parking pass will be in the unit and will need to be placed in your vehicle as soon as possible upon arrival. We provide 2 parking passes only and are not authorized more than 2. One parking pass is valid for the main parking garage and the other parking pass is for overflow parking. You may park both vehicles in the parking garage while you unload, and then the 2nd vehicle will need to be moved to overflow parking (the large open parking lot right next to the building). We are only authorized 6 wristbands for our unit and we can not obtain any more. These wristbands can not be removed once tightened. I would recommend you just carry them with you or don't tighten them as they cannot be removed. Guests under 10 years old are not required to wear a wristband. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach.
