GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: Please be sure to observe all rules and regulations, which are provided for each unit. Rules and regulations are also posted at each elevator, near the pool and other areas on the property. All guests and tenants, as well as owners, are required to conform to all rules and regulations of the property. Violators are subject to eviction or fines. a) Please abide by all noise, traffic and refuse rules. b) Parking passes must be displayed prominently in vehicle c) RV’s, trailers, boats or jet skis must be parked at side lot immediately to the left of the gate - 2 week parking maximum d) Golf carts may be charged at the charging station only. Plugging into the building outlet strictly forbidden.

The golf cart is street legal (only - no driving on sidewalks) and such a fun way to get around! -Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Owner and/or host can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by golf cart or other amenities provided to guests.
