You will have full use of the entire cabin and will be provided ample closet space for storage of your belongings. PLEASE NOTE - This is a cabin in the woods near a very large body of water. As a result, millipedes will be present on the lower floor during the months of Jun-Sept and ladybugs will be present on the upper floor during the months of Oct -Jan. Neither of these nuisances will harm you as they do not sting, bite or infest food or clothing. Unfortunately they are part of lake life as pesticides do not help. The only remedy is to sweep or vacuum. Although all cabins on the lake deal with this issue, I maintain a very high standard of cleanliness and want to disclose this prior to your booking.

By booking this listing, you acknowledge and agree to all house rules. Guests The maximum number of guests that can be registered for and occupy this property is FOUR (4). Occupancy is limited to registered guests only. Absolutely no additional overnight guests are allowed. Property Damage Guest acknowledges and understands that he / she is financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during stated rental period which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse. Check In / Check Out Policy Guests acknowledges and understands that check in time is no earlier than 4pm. You may contact me directly to request an earlier check in time. Check-out time is no later than 11am on the date of departure. Guests that do not leave by stated check-out time, without permission, will be assessed a rate of $50 per hour. Early Departure / Late Arrival Policy No refunds will be made for early departures or delayed arrivals. No refunds or schedule changes will be made for inclement weather. Smoking/Drug Policy: This property is 100% NO SMOKING which includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping and marijuana. IF SMOKING OCCURS, A $250 CLEANING FEE WILL BE BILLED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. In addition, no drugs are allowed by anyone staying in or visiting the property. Pets Pets are not allowed. If a pet belonging to any member of the rental party, or guest of the rental party, is found to be in or on the premises, all guests will be removed from the property and the full rental feel and security deposit will be forfeited. NO Exceptions. Master Closet There is a locked closet in the bedroom. This is used to store my personal items and rental supplies. Please do not tamper with any locked areas. No parties / No Fireworks / No Loud Music / No discharging of firearms Hunting is not allowed. The occupancy and use of the premises shall not be such as to place the property in danger of damage or to disturb and / or offend area neighbors or residents. The owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and request loud or unruly guests to vacate the premises immediately. Said discharge shall not result in the refund of any rental fees. Parking Parking is allowed in the driveway only. There is ample space for several cars and a boat. Please do not park in the grass which could possibly crack the septic tank. Please do not park in the road. Outdoor Fire Pit Use of the outdoor fire pit is at your own risk. Children must be attended AT ALL TIMES around the fire pit. Locate a fire extinguisher BEFORE lighting a fire. (Master bedroom closet and laundry room) Do NOT light a fire if it is windy. It is too windy to have a fire if the wind is strong enough to noticeably sway the trees and blow debris around. Some wood may be available, but you may want to consider purchasing a Duraflame fire log or fire wood to burn. Gas or other flammable liquids should never be used for building or maintaining a bonfire. Those who are maintaining the fire should never burn tires, plastic items, spray bottles, or anything that may produce toxic fumes or that may explode. Keep the fire burning gently and confine it to a manageable size – never pile the firewood too high. Do NOT put garbage or paper into the fire as it can easily spark and throw off embers or burning remnants. Please keep flammable items that can catch on fire at least three feet away. Water should be kept nearby in case of an accidental fire. A few buckets of water or a garden hose (side of the house near grill) may be sufficient. Once the fire has died down, add water to extinguish it. Confirm that the flames are completely out before departing. Fire Pits on upper and lower decks Please turn OFF propane tanks after use and cover fire pit after it fully cools. If you run out of propane, there will be an extra tank available in the downstairs laundry room. Outdoor Grill The gas grill uses propane gas for cooking. Do NOT put charcoal in the gas grill. Please locate the fire extinguisher in the laundry closet prior to use. Please do not leave the grill unattended while in use at any time. Please turn off BOTH the burners as well as the propane gas tank after use and replace the cover after the grill has cooled. WiFi By booking this listing you agree not to use the WiFi for file-sharing networks and systems, including BitTorrent; no exceptions. If systems on the network are found to connect to these sites, it will be considered a breach of House Rules and you will be asked to check-out. Televisions All TVs use a ROKU stick. Apps available include Netflix, hulu, Disney +, Pandora unlimited, MLB and Amazon Prime. Please do NOT log out of any of the above listed apps. Septic The cabin is on a septic system. Please do not pour grease or rinse food waste down the kitchen drain. Please do not dispose of feminine products, tissues, wipes, paper towels, napkins, cotton balls, Q Tips or hair down the toilet or any drain. Please use the towelettes provided to remove makeup / do NOT flush. Stove This is a smooth-top electric stove. The surface of this stove is strong but can be scratched. Please do not slide pots or pans on the surface. Please do not clean the surface with any abrasive. Kitchen / Bathroom Counter tops The counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom are granite and epoxy. Please use the cutting boards provided to cut all items. Do not cut any items directly on the epoxy. Please do not place any hot pans directly on the epoxy. Please do not use any cleaning products on the epoxy. Clean with warm water only. Please do not sit or stand on the counters.
